Let me start this review by being completely honest: I never wanted to move to a place like Tower Hill. It felt too big and too commercial as an outsider, compared to the small 20-stall, family-owned backyard eventing barn I came from. After boarding there for almost 10 years, my little family farm closed down.
We spent the last year and a half doing some trial-and-error barn hopping, and that’s when I finally decided to tour Tower Hill as a prospective boarder. I ultimately decided to give it a shot and moved my OTTB there in August.

My trainer Emily was absolutely wonderful! So hands-on, so calm, so effective. I haven’t been on a horse in sixteen years and she made me feel extremely safe and like I was in good hands. She was super informative, answered all my questions and made me feel heard. So excited to go back! Strongly recommend! ?

The staff is very friendly and helpful at Tower Hill Stanles. The stable is large and offers boarding, riding lessons and trail rides. Tower Hill Stanles is ideal for first time riders as the trail horses are easy going and very gentle. The hour long trail ride is very tranquil making it ideal for a first time rider.
