Great service from Dr. Feng and his Dental Assistant, Jessica, along with the friendly staff at check in and check out were very helpful. Good atmosphere and highly clean. No corners had cobwebs hahah !! Very HAPPY I came upon Lakemoore Dental in Hainesville. THANKS :)

Well I must say the gals at the front desk are very nice. I guess my only knock is cost estimates. I was first told a crown would cost me $600 even though I have never paid that much before with insurance. Then I was told it was completely covered by insurance. Then after the first visit concerning the crown they wanted to charge me $550! Now again it’s completely covered. So my crown is done, hopefully no more issues concerning costs.

Beware of this facility. The front Hispanic receptionist has been very friendly and flirty with my husband and absolutely rude to me always rolling her eyes at me, very snarky, throwing paperwork at me for no reason from the very beginning. I don’t know this lady at all. I actually filed a complaint against her twice. I met my husband at his appointment today. She made a snarky remark when I asked if my husband had already arrived and said “I don’t know what you two have going on but he’ll be out in twenty” I didn’t make anything of it but found it off. We had plans after and she ended up calling the police saying there was a domestic violence incident. Police got there and said the dental office said there was a domestic violence altercation and they said it wouldn’t get documented as such, they apologized for the way they came into the parking lot, and the police left. The police laughed at the situation. Shame on this dental office for keeping this disgusting human being employed. We’re done doing business with them. It’s such a shame because the rest of the staff is wonderful!!!!!

This is an ongoing review as I’ve been harassed with more phone calls trying to collect payment after I settled my overpriced bill ($275) with Missy the office manager. I fortunately found a local orthodontist -Orthodontics Experts of Mundelein that charge $200 for the same procedure. FYI - I was a patient at Lakemoor for 12 years.
