Just moved here and decided to give them a shot. I am very happy I did. Some of the best customer service around here. I got my haircut by the new manger Jacqueline and had an absolutely great experience. Took her time, was very thorough and explained everything she did perfectly. Will definitely be back and recommending to others!
I had avoided this location for the past several years due to hours that varied frequently without notice and some customer service issues. I did stop in out of true convenience several weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised that things had changed with new ownership. Jacqueline was amazing and explained the short and long term changes coming including new check in/pay terminals, new chairs, longer/consistent hours, new staff, etc. I stopped back in yesterday and many of those had already been put in place. Very happy with the changes and will continue to go back.
If your looking for a pretty boy fade make sure to ask for Ashley .Ive been to 3 different sport clips in the lake county area and her cuts are by far the best . I love how she makes sure the haircut looks bullet proof so it looks perfect every time . I highly recommend anyone in the area to try her out . You won’t regret it !!
Stylist: Ashley was super professional and takes pride in her work . She takes her time and makes me feel comfortable and confident that she knows what she’s doing . As long as she works here I will continue to come to this store .
