Although I was a bit Upset that the normal store I went to in Zion IL closed out of nowhere, I'm Stoked I found Liz at the Gurnee location.
She was super personable and did a great job

I can see why this place have a lot of returning customers.

The price is very reasonable. The hours are convenient.
The service is perfect. Liz is great, she listened to my requests and accommodated. She did great.

Just moved here and decided to give them a shot. I am very happy I did. Some of the best customer service around here. I got my haircut by the new manger Jacqueline and had an absolutely great experience. Took her time, was very thorough and explained everything she did perfectly. Will definitely be back and recommending to others!
