Idk why they got rid of their small shopping carts. For such a large store, it would be quite helpful for older customers or those with disabilities. After all, isn't it all about inclusivity these days?

First time shopping here in years. I've been trying to work on my skincare routine so of course I'm going to look at ALL the products and visit the aisles more than once because I'm comparing. I did get help from an employee and I ended up placing the item in the ULTA shopping bag. Priced over $100 so it had once of those security devices. He warned me to be sure it doesn't get covered. OK 10-4, got it. I continue shopping and I'm followed to a completely different section across the store, "still finding everything OK?" At no point was I looking around/acting suspicious. I was hesitant to try this location due to poor reviews. I’m glad I went because my experience was ok. I got help when I asked and the cashier was very nice to me and my daughter.
