The staff was extremely kind and patched me up very well. There was also virtually no wait. The facility is absolutely spotless. A+ experience.

The doctor (APN) V.Fernandez, that saw me yesterday was truly concered for my health. However, I told her the medicine that I needed to get better. She did not prescribe it for me , even though it was in my file that was what I was prescribed multiple times there and by other Doctors(APN). She said she didn't think I needed it. I ended up in the emergency room less than twenty four hours later and they gave me the medicine that I needed. Point being, listen to your patients they should know their bodies the best. It ended up costing me two sick days of work on top of the cost for the medicines and co payments from two different health care facilities.

The desk staff and doctor we talked to were alright, but the person answering the phone is completely rude and acts like they don’t know what you’re talking about. They talk down on you. I don’t know how miserable your life is to where you got to talk to people like that.

Small copay. Hardly ever a wait. They have a great staff from reception to nurses to doctors or nurse practitioner. They take the time to listen & care. I walk out with a solution and on my way to a healthy dsy.

I visited the clinic for a mild cough and consulted with a medical doctor for only about 10 minutes. I am a healthy young man with no history of medication or chronic illness.
However, for this brief consultation, I was billed under CPT code 99204 – Office/Outpatient New, Moderate MDM, 45 Minutes, which is typically assigned to high-risk patients or complex cases. As a result, I am being charged far more than expected.
I also work in the healthcare field, and I strongly believe this is not how patients should be treated.

Visiting Gurnee from out of town and daughter needed to be seen. We were in and out in about an hour. Really no wait time, but it was the middle of the day and during the week. Front desk staff were friendly and entered info quickly. Nurse Practitioner listened to concerns and able to quickly diagnose issue and give treatment. Prescription then sent to local pharmacy with no issues.

Refused to see my son because they could not find united health care insurance plan in computer even after showering them on our insurance app that they are in network. Mario was extremely rude and condescending almost like he was making fun of the situation.

I always have a positive experience. I’ll note that I see several doctors through Northwestern and all my records are on file there as well as insurance and pharmacy, so it’s all very connected and easy. I don’t know what it’s like being a first time visitor.
I sliced my finger around dinner time on a Friday. Had to get 8 stitches. Was out in under an hour.
I go here for routine blood tests as well when my NW doctor orders a blood test.

Dr's were great but the staff up front needs to stop trying to send sick people home without seeing a dr.

Dr Ali and her imaginary health crisis drama was completely unprofessional. At least she could have came in and examined me BEFORE ordering more tests completely unrelated to my reason for coming in. And ALL she wanted to talk about was her imaginary crisis. I had to get sideways with her just to address the reason for my visit. And then she was very dismissive about my ACTUAL issue and did not want to hear anything about my medical history that would contradict her imaginary crisis drama. AND her treatment for my actual problem was woefully insufficient.
