I've been seeing Dr. Richard Clark for about 5 years. He is extremely professional and is very attentive with his patients. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new doctor in the Lake County area.
Took all of about twenty minutes from check-in to departure for a covid-19 pre-op test. Staff was welcoming while being professional and I was very impressed, and I am not easily impressed. In these trying times, medical staff are severely put-upon to be superhuman. Well, they are humans, like you and me, with frailties, families, and their own particular problem set, and I, for one, will continue to appreciate their exemplary service while not being afraid to offer constructive criticism as called for.
Very nice building. I've always had a very pleasant experience with reception and the doctors here, not so much with the call center. But, I really appreciate the location of this.
