Scheduled several appointments for my grandmother and this place happened to be one she had to go to for a MRI. Arrived at the time they told me and I’ve had the notes written down for almost a month. They told us we had to reschedule after arriving on time because we were “supposed to be 30 minutes early”. Same with an appointment I had in Vernon hills, I called and told them I was going to be 5-10 mins late and they said that’s fine. I arrive and they tell me I have to reschedule?? Why would you further waste my time if I respectfully called and already said I was going to be barely late. You people don’t take patients in immediately anyways, just like most doctor offices. Despicable corporation, no surprise they have more 1 stars than 5 stars. I’ll stick with northshore who’ve been nothing but the best.

My son and I went to Northwestern today 8-7-2024 at 9 am and called on our way to clarify points with immediate care staff. I discussed my 9 year old doing a self swab for strep due to him being combative when other people swabbing him and the location being 30-45 minutes from my home. (Closest immediate care) they let me know it was fine and they've done them in the past. When my son and I arrived we were told they didn't do this and gas lit by the nursing staff. "We've never done this before" I've been to this establishment on 5-6 different occasions and they have allowed my son to self administer his swab. They are old my son it wasn't a big deal and scared him. This establishment isn't autism friendly and if you have any children on the spectrum I don't recommend bringing them here at all.

Went in for bronchitis, got the bill for $793. Why in the world does a flu and COVID test cost $396? Don't come here, they'll overcharge you for everything.

Very rude & unprofessional when busy. Doctor advised to return in a week for a procedure but after waiting 4 hours, I was told they do not perform that procedure by another doc & was sent elsewhere.

Went in for flu like symptoms, got a few tests done (was never sent the results) and wasn’t prescribed anything. They billed my insurance almost $700. Seems pretty unreasonable based on the services or lack thereof. Would not recommend

I've been seeing Dr. Richard Clark for about 5 years. He is extremely professional and is very attentive with his patients. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new doctor in the Lake County area.
