Very pleasant first experience at this office! Dr. Stafford is fantastic! He listened to my eye issues and responded to me individually. I felt like I was getting specialized treatment for my specific needs, not just another set of eyes. Kim was also very nice and personable. She told me everything that she was doing and why. She also gave me feedback on how I performed the tasks. The massage chairs are a wonderful touch - great idea! This office is farther from my home and work but I will definitely be coming back.Thank you!

Friendly staff. There’s a variety of designers frames to choose from and they are affordable. There’s even a massage room. Imagine that!. The decor is beautiful I highly recommend this establishment.

After over 10+ years of mediocre treatment at our previous provider I found this little gem by the mistake of my previous provider. They wouldn't set us an appointment for our annual exams because they thought they weren't due for new frames until next year. Fast forward and MyEyeDr on Dilleys Rd in Gurnee checked our benefits found out the rules on my benefits had changed and all my kids were due new frames as well. The doctor was personable, caring and thorough. He spoke to my children in a manner which they felt important and was able to establish a good rapport with them.
