Incredible service! Huge shout out to the front desk crew, especially Vanessa. She truly cares about advocating for patients. She helped me find contacts at the right price. She was true to her word, and she followed up with me as she mentioned. Thank you so much to her! I will definitely come back to this eye doctor facility.
Great customer service I took my daughter here and Mr.derrick was such a nice and professional gentleman great with kids as well as Mrs.Victoria was so kind and understanding so professional as well and the secretary/receptionist really nice and welcoming overall I had a great experience and definitely recommended coming here thank you all!!!
Bea is amazing!! I am truly so happy she was the one that helped us out to choose our glasses, first experience with her she helped my son pick out his glasses and she was a sweet heart, I came back to get my self an eye exam and she was the sweetest to my kids, this third time that I went to choose my prescription glasses she helped me choose my glasses, but what makes her stand out is that she took the time to walk around with me to help me see which frames would fit me best, during this time my 3 yr old was with me and she interacted with her and made her part of what we were doing, when most people usually just brush off kids but not BEA! and that truly made my experience...read full review
