Kim provided exceptional customer service in general, and specifically, with clarifying my insurance eligibility & how my two insurers work together so I would receive the best coverage. She was diligent and took the extra time to do the necessary research. Also, she was very pleasant & patient.
It’s always such a pleasant experience to come here. The doctors and staff are kind, knowledgeable, and don’t rush you. They have a terrific selection of eyewear and don’t exercise high pressure sales tactics. And, while this isn’t important, the office itself is bright and beautifully decorated. Derrick, Dr. Matthews, and the rest of the staff are very helpful and kind.
