Front desk great at helping you get scheduled when you need it or need to change it. Your treatment is amazing. My therapist Kaylee listening to me and helps with dr when concerned about surgery healing. Amaxing when doung treatment and listening to me when I say something is hurting bad and will adjust the treatment

I really like the Illinois Bone And Joint facilities. Dr. Mark Hamming and his team is always professional and helpful. From the front of the desk I always get good customer service. The ladies in physical therapy, always great you when you come in for your appointment. They ask your name and sign you in. They tell you to have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. The physical therapist will come out and get you started on your exercises. They are the best.
