IBJI OrthoAccess Immediate Care - Gurnee

The receptionist answering the phone is rude answering my questions as if I'm bothering her for an appt! Well that's why I was calling to see if I was going to the right place for treatment. Also if people are calling you, know that they are already in pain seeking help and your attitude on top of that really sucks! Going to another location because who wants to deal with that!

My visit in this IBJI office and seeing one of the docs i worked with was an experience I look forward that day. I was the patient and no longer a colleague. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Dr David Hamming and the team evaluated me and my condition thoroughly and efficiently. Keep up the good work!

This entire experience was pleasant. The staff made me comfortable, was quick and effective and did not leave me waiting around from check-in to getting the x-ray to Dr. Logue coming in for the exam after looking at the x-ray. This was the ideal situation for a not so ideal circumstance.
