Even though a different person cuts my hair at Great Clips any time I'm there, they do seem to listen to me and give me the cut I'm looking for. The last time I needed to go in the online check in system was not working. I don't know why.

In and out quick. Very pleasant lady did my haircut. Turned out great. She listened to what I wanted and followed. I'd give them a 5⭐ but she put a bunch of "product" in my hair without asking.

I visited Great Clips two weeks ago. It was Thursday evening when I walked in the door, hoping they would accept a walk-in, since I was visiting family from Michigan. I was sooo grateful that Angelica was willing to take me on such short notice. I knew she had sacrificed an invitation from another stylist to take a beautiful walk during the golden hour at sunset to accommodate me. She went above and beyond with a very pleasant demeanor.
