Called at the last min to see if anyone could braid my daughter’s hair and they happily said come on over. When I got there, they said the credit card machine had just went down and unfortunately I did not have cash on me and so we were going to leave until Aracely volunteered to do it for no charge! So awesome of her to offer! She wouldn’t even let me Venmo her. Did an excellent braid for my daughter! Super sweet of her as she did not have to do that! 🙌🏼
2016: I have been to this location three times since moving to the area. The employees are nice and professional. The wait times are great. I usually go around 7pm on a weekday and don't wait at all.
In general Great Clips is a good chain with consistent results. I like their check in online/mobile feature.
2025: Update, 9 years after the above was written. Still a great place to get a haircut. Use the check in online feature for sure and then don’t go in until they indicate (usually I wait even when they say to go)
