They have always been professional and timely in delivering my items and have never lost anything in the past 4 years. I trust my down filled jackets and trench coats to them. They always put the belt separately. All my clothes are very nicely packaged. One time, i left a pin on my jacket and they unpinned and returned to me in very nice package. “Dave was awesome! He personally oversaw our install & triple checked everything. The issues involved in our water, essentially made it non-drinkable! AERUS did their thing! Now we have a R/O system with the tastiest water. This was no easy feat. The system isn’t an eye sore and easy to maintain. Dave gave us his personal cell, allowing us to call anytime. Our next call to Dave will be an invite to dinner. He’s our new best friend ?“
