The first time experience from beginning to end was high quality, professional and pleasant including booking online and all the communication up until the appointment. The waiting room is a classy, relaxing, spa like aesthetic with a modern decor. There’s chill music playing, calm lighting, a drink frig, and sink for washing hands. I checked in with a QR code while waiting. A few minutes later I was kindly greeted and walked into the office area. I was impressed by the cordial and courteous service. Lia is a great Esthetician and the only one I trust and I always feel comfortable at each appointment. She always gives me tips about taking care of my skin and is very knowledgeable and stays up to date with the latest research on products that’s good for the Brazilian area. She has her own natural aftercare and exfoliating products you can purchase there which is awesome. She also provides refreshments at each appointment. Overall I have a great experience at each appointment and would definitely recommend her to others!

AMAZING !!!! I came in as a gift certificate client. Gifted by my sister. Let me tell you, Lia will not leave you disappointed. Sorry sis, but she now is my brow lady too. Gave me a different brow shape then what I am used to . I let her do her own thing and she not only gave me one, but TWO CHOICES for me and what looks good for my face. End result PURE PERFECTION!
