Went to Vision Care in Grayslake to have my glasses repaired. I had the pleasure of one of the associates greet me and to help me with my glasses. Carl the associate look at my glasses took them to the back and in a few minutes came back with them looking new. I've been coming to Vision Care for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are truly the best in what they do. So if anyone is looking for a great service for their eyes I recommend Vision Care. Dr. Charlotte Nielsen and her associates are truly the best. You will not regret it coming to Vision Care.
I have to say everyone in the office from the front to the back and in between was so kind and welcoming! The doctor she was amazing and funny and made this appointment so easy for my daughter I would recommend 10/10 if your in the area I definitely would go to these wonderful people!!!
My exam was extremely thorough and Dr. Nielsen was great, very personable, I never felt rushed.She answered all of my questions very clearly. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.
