We had a great experience at Grayslake Orthodontics today! My son just got his braces put on, and he was pretty nervous going in, but the entire team was so kind, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything in a way he could understand and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time. He came out smiling and said everyone was really nice, which says a lot because this was a big appointment for him. The office felt welcoming, organized, and very kid-friendly. We’re so glad we chose them and feel confident about being in their care for his orthodontic journey. Highly recommend Grayslake Orthodontics!

Guys, so sorry for the delay review. That being said, it’s going to be long..lol This office is very friendly & treated me and my girls like family. They are always welcoming and very professional. Great experience from our consultation to the end when my girls got their braces off (two kids down and one mom to go!!) It really is nice to go to an orthodontist who makes you feel so comfortable. We would never go anywhere else!! Truly professional and ALWAYS go the extra mile!! Love 'em!! I would highly recommend this to anybody. Dr. Ben is a fantastic Orthodonist, very knowledgeable and thorough. Beyond that, he is kind and has always made me and my twin girls feel comfortable in his office. He welcomes questions and takes time for each patient. The front desk, Jennifer from billing and the hygienists Allison, Gabriela, Daniel and Brenda are wonderful people and are very professional and a joy to visit. Always willing to work with you if you need to change an appointment or come in the wrong time…lol
