Our upstairs shower/bath was leaking through first floor ceiling. Justin responded to my call within the hour and was at our house that afternoon. Justin made effort effort to diagnose without cutting; when cutting became necessary, he was very conscientious about where and how much he cut. Justin spent a long time ruling out possible sources of the leak. After a long diagnostic process, we were 'pretty sure' we knew what the problem was. I was prepared to call it a night. But that wasn't good enough for Justin. He revisited a couple possibilities and discovered the actual issue. I really appreciated his perseverance (it was a physically demanding process) and his dedication to solving the problem.

I had called Terry's looking for someone to help me with my clogged bathtub and bathroom sink. Jim showed up in less then an hour and fixed both my problems immediately. He gave me some tips on how to keep it from further clogs like buying a strainer to keep hair from going down drains. The price was VERY affordable. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

A few nights ago during the rainstorm my basement flooded over and water was coming in too steady for me to go down and check what was going on. I'm so thankful to have found Terry's 24hr neighborhood pluming service because after calling several other plumbers with no avail, they had a plumber in my basement within the hour, the customer service was also exceptional in person and over the phone!
