I rarely write reviews but I have to do so this time. I was having a heat pump installed but the installers were swarmed by small biting bugs in the basement and (properly, in my view) retreated. I called Gateway that afternoon and they came the very next day, assessed the situation, left to get the right equipment and then returned to treat the problem. That certainly seemed to do the job but they returned a week later (today) to deal with the second generation. They have not only been professional and effective, but good humored and easy to talk with as well. Highest recommendation.

First time customer but will definitely be returning!? I had to try a new pest service after a bunch of new stray dogs moved into the neighborhood and brought a bunch of fleas with them ?? Old service was not cutting it. I am very pleased with the results after their visit and plan to be a regular customer.Services: Home inspection
