I’m very impressed with Gateway Pest Services. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I had a drain fly problem. Ty and Zach came same day, were very thorough, professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.
I rarely write reviews but I have to do so this time. I was having a heat pump installed but the installers were swarmed by small biting bugs in the basement and (properly, in my view) retreated. I called Gateway that afternoon and they came the very next day, assessed the situation, left to get the right equipment and then returned to treat the problem. That certainly seemed to do the job but they returned a week later (today) to deal with the second generation. They have not only been professional and effective, but good humored and easy to talk with as well. Highest recommendation.
