Our AC was not keeping up and it was gradually getting warmer in our home, on a 100 degree day. I called Hinrichsens and a worker was out to look at it yet that afternoon. He had us up and running quickly. He was curtious and efficient. We were so very grateful for the quick service!!
They had a fan for my geothermal system on hand, and got out heat fixed last year before it turned cold. Another company had been said it would take weeks to get the part in. Thank you for the quick response and work!
Very thankful for our experience with Hinrichsen! Very responsive and informative. We woke up to a cold house on a Friday and were back in business by the afternoon. We were really hoping we wouldn’t have to go into the weekend without our furnace able to keep up. Technician Ray did a great job letting us know where we were at on the schedule, diagnosing the issue, explaining it to us, and getting us back up and running in a very timely manner. What could have been a stressful and frustrating day was made much easier thanks to Hinrichsen’s team!
