We recently hired Riverside Restoration to replace the siding on our 2-story home and have been pleased with their work. Bailey was responsive to our questions and patient with our decision making. As with any large job, there were minor hiccups. All items were addressed professionally and in a way that made sure they upheld their standards of work and that we, the customer, were pleased with the results. Our last storm claim we had was when we lived in SD and it was a nightmare, so we were worried about dealing with anyone this time around. We could not be happier with how our house looks and the entire process. Bailey Blair was our contact and he has been amazing. Every call or text he was quick to respond, even on the weekends when I didn't expect a response until Monday. Everyone was super professional and we were given advance notice of any arrivals. Bailey had shown up and was here when our insurance adjuster walked around the house. The only hiccup in the process was my insurance adjuster who ignored me for almost 3 weeks! My representative, Ashley, did a great job of helping start the process with the insurance company. She was very knowledgeable, personable and always available for questions and maintained great communication throughout the process. The work was completed quickly, site left very clean and the roof looks great!
