They were able to come out on 1 day notice and fix the oven. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. Reasonable price and very polite. They saved Thanksgiving!
My experience with Godfrey appliance was great. I understand the business well. And I believe that helps me understand these great service technicians Hands down the best. They go above and beyond the call of duty and they don't have to, but they just do. I read the other comments. Some people say that they were rude. I will say more Blunt and straight to the point. And sometimes people are not ready for that. Come across as arrogance But these people are not. They just wanna help and I say Godfrey. If you're listening, keep up the good work. We discussed my washing machine problem over the phone. They recommended buying a new machine. They could have fixed it, but they knew that would cost more than the machine was worth. I would recommend Godfrey Appliance to anyone.
