Just had our shower and tub updated with Encore, after 30 years. Well worth the wait! Allan was extremely helpful in walking us through the process from start to finish! I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on this. I did want this to be an investment that would last! Mission accomplished. His crew, Bobby and John, were professional and courteous. I could tell they were invested in the end result and knew what they were doing. They treated both us and our home with respect! Minimal disruption and done in no time! Would not hesitate to recommend or do repeat business. Many thanks to a great local business!!
Encore helped me say good-bye to my Mamie Eisenhower pink bathroom in my new home. During the pandemic, I moved back to my original roots from STL. The house I choose, the previous owners had updated everything except the master en suite. Which was actually a win for me, because I got to do it my way. Choosing the company to do my remodel was a no brainer. Encore had done work for me years ago when I had to put a walk-in shower in my moms house and they've done two bathrooms for a cousin who also lives in the area. The team at Encore did a fantastic job installing our new shower. They completely gutted the old shower. Replaced the subfloor that had some rot and fixed a few other issues. They were here on time every day and never stopped working except for a short lunch break. Very informative group and there wasn't a question they couldn't answer. A+ job.
