I like the community Y6 in Glenview has build. Love the various classes they offer beyond a robust core schedule. Thinhs like meditation, sound bowls, breathwork, the annual trip to a wonderful spiritual place. Also love Ilyce's class. Always leanr something new and she is great teaching for various levels.

I’m so happy I found this place. They have a variety of classes and always make me feel welcome - no matter my mood or level. I’m a vinyasa girl but feel very safe in the more intense classes too because each teacher is kind, mindful and accommodating - without singling you out. I also have an auditory thing and every class I’ve been to has had a great playlist and soothing voice. Go in without expectations and just let them guide you to your bliss.

I like the lighting and other thoughtful ambiance. I only docked 1 star because I prefer another studio that provides hands on assist/ even massage when in stretching poses, so the teacher could assist more instead of hold all of the moves/ do the class entirely with us.
