✨ Judy is nothing short of amazing ! ? she puts so much artistry and care into my haircut & style ; far exceeded my expectations. I brought some pictures to show her, and explained how I’d like to have volume reduced all around.Judy was extremely friendly and pleasant; I did not feel any sort of hostility - and I am not of Korean-descent. Got a setting perm here and satisfied with the results. However, one problem is that some parts of my hair in the back did not curl and remained straight. Also, I asked for light layering but the stylist layered a lot of my hair off but it was not too bad at the end. Service was good and staff were friendly. Mostly Korean speaking and adequate at English.

Regarding Japanese Hair straitening. My hair texture is relatively thick and coarse. I color it golden brown to cover gray. It is not bleached however. I have had great results every time I get it straightened. My regular stylist retired so I found Park Jun in Glenview. I have gone to Judy twice to straighten my hair and once for just a cut. I LOVE Judy! She does such a wonderful job and I trust her 100%. I love the way she cuts and the straight perms I have had were just awesome. I recommend this place overall and of course recommend Judy! If you have curley frizzy hair these perms are life changing! If you bleach your hair not a good idea though!
