Park Jun Korean Hair Salon Straight Perm Color Wedding

Got a setting perm here and satisfied with the results. However, one problem is that some parts of my hair in the back did not curl and remained straight. Also, I asked for light layering but the stylist layered a lot of my hair off but it was not too bad at the end. Service was good and staff were friendly. Mostly Korean speaking and adequate at English.

Regarding Japanese Hair straitening. My hair texture is relatively thick and coarse. I color it golden brown to cover gray. It is not bleached however. I have had great results every time I get it straightened. My regular stylist retired so I found Park Jun in Glenview. I have gone to Judy twice to straighten my hair and once for just a cut. I LOVE Judy! She does such a wonderful job and I trust her 100%. I love the way she cuts and the straight perms I have had were just awesome. I recommend this place overall and of course recommend Judy! If you have curley frizzy hair these perms are life changing! If you bleach your hair not a good idea though!

The other reviews are extremely negative and racist. Don’t listen to them. They only seem to talk about the language barrier and they are impatient. I’ve been looking for a hair salon that does perms and, as with anyone else, was picky and anxious in choosing the correct salon. I found this one, and upon coming to my appointment I was extremely anxious. I walked in and was met with very nice stylists. They were welcoming even if I didn’t speak korean.
