Austin was the tech sent out to clean 1 of 3 furnaces that day. Originally had planned to do all 3, but it was during a cold snap and I chose not to keep the doors open for 8hrs while the temps were near single digits. Austin provided options, but ultimately understood my concerns. He was an absolute gentleman and understood the white-glove service required at the home.
Can't wait for the weather to break so I can the Mr. Duct team back on site to finish the other 2! Homeowner ACTUALLY exclaimed that the home had a fresher atmosphere.

The comments I have are only positive ones. We contracted with Mr. Duct to clean the heating ducts in our four story townhouse as well as the dryer vent. The two technicians, who came to our home, did any outstanding job!! They explained what they would be doing, were very diligent in setting up and moving their equipment, and showed us before and after videos for every duct opening cleaned . I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Duct to our neighbors.
