We have used Mondlock on 2 major projects for our beloved Sears house. Pete and crew took meticulous care to continue to character of the home but make it much more functional for our family. Pete Mondlock and all of his crews are exceptional!!! Mondlock Construction has completed multiple home renovations and repairs for us with the highest quality standards. All of the city permit inspectors commented on the high quality of the work at final inspections, noting "the attention to little details" like window encasements and the "inclusive planning with city engineers and foresters" before projects were even begun. Mondlock does it all from bathroom & kitchen renovations, Electrical upgrades such as changing all our incandescent light fixtures to LED, installing ceiling fans, installing Marvin windows and basement egress, installing... read full review
