Ilya (sp?) young girl was working front desk tonight was very sweet. However, I was thrown off guard when she jokingly used the word “retarded.” I had asked her about what to do with my hands turning so unnaturally dark, to which she said “well we have gloves but that would look retarded.” I thought I misheard her (because who says that in customer service??) but she repeated it a second time. She was in no way making fun of me or being rude. I just felt it was very inappropriate language to use. She was so nice otherwiseService: Spray tanning

I’ve been a customer for many years and the customer service has always been great but I have to say that Rachel goes above and beyond. She is helpful, super sweet, and a complete delight each time I see her. Five stars for the business and five stars for Rachel.Services: Spray tanning

I haven’t been at this location for almost a year and my last visit was so pleasant. They did so many improvements and tanning beds are powerful☀️and Victoria was so friendly and nice and showed and explained everything☺️☺️
