Sergelen has provided me numerous times with hands-down the best deep-tissue massage I have ever had. I have seen her dozens of times over the last several years and the consistency of the massage she provides never wavers. I walk out after a 90-minute massage totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I am reasonably active playing hockey and pickleball regularly and Sergelen is able to work out any muscle fatigue or soreness in feet, calves, back and shoulders. It is rare that I don't fall asleep at some point -- that is how relaxing this wonderful experience is! I can't recommend Sergelen strongly enough -- I just hope she isn't so busy that I have a hard time getting an appointment!
Purchased a Groupon for a deep tissue massage. The entrance did seem a little confusing, but Sergee was there to meet me, and forgave me my lateness and general confusion. What followed was a fine hour of muscle-knot untying and generally making peace with myself and my place in the universe amidst the glow of a half-dozen salt lamps. Any qualms I had were probably with the Salon Studio business set-up rather than the masseuse or the masseussing she did. Would gladly go again.
I just got a massage from here and was surprised to see 1 Star on yelp! I get massages all the time and got this one as a gift from my MIL. To address the other reviewers comment- yes there is a buzzer, but it's a normal buzzer in a small lobby. The entire building is made up of small businesses and business owners. Basically like a spa without the receptionist. Just rooms. It's brand new, super clean, and beautiful. I had no issue at all getting in. Super easy. Ellen was fantastic. She was so kind and gave a great massage. I got an hour long deep tissue massage and loved it. Heated bed, dimmed lights, soft music, no background noise. The room was extremely clean and well decorated. On top of all that the prices cannot be beat. She also went slightly over the time which is unheard of! This woman is great at what she does, is working hard, and I loved supporting her business. 5 stars!
