I sought out Jeff to micro blade my eyebrows I wanted to start the journey to have permanent makeup. After my fists visit on April 9 even though the rows were healing I was thrilled that every morning I woke up with beautiful brows on my face. He does not use a template Jeff is an artist and you can tell by his dedication and detail in his work. Now I am considering permanent eyeliner!!! Give this a try it is simply amazing and Jeff is the best .
