Rose Party Rentals

I requested to place an order for a tent and several tables for my cookout. The representative I spoke with informed me that she would send me a quote so that I could complete the order, since the website would not allow me to place it myself. Unfortunately, I never received a response from her.

When I called back to follow up, the excused for the reason to not contact me back was that they were “Too Busy”. Like I’m sorry I thought I was a customer just like everyone else and I was told that my order could not be placed because of the timeframe. This is unacceptable. If orders are required to be placed a certain number of days in advance, that information should have been clearly communicated to me during my initial call. Had I been informed of this requirement, I would have explored other options sooner.

The lack of communication and failure to provide accurate information prevented me from making other arrangements in a timely manner. Huge red flag and trust me I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
