Funderburk Roofing completed a roof replacement on a 26,000 sq. ft. commercial building for us in October 2026. Ryan explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated updates frequently and sent photos, which were helpful since we are not in the area where the building is located. The project was completed within the time frame he estimated and stayed on budget. He actually saved us money as the existing gutters were in good shape and did not need replaced. We have used Funderburk Roofing on several occasions for our business in Addison and they have been prompt and professional on each occasion.
Funderburk was awarded our project as low bidder in Carol Stream, IL, a 33,000 SqFt roof project. The original installation date was April 2024. but we realized we need the new roof sooner; Ryan was amazing and pulled our project up to February 2024. they completed the project sooner than anticipated with perfect results. We will continue working with Funderburk on future projects.
