Last week I had a water leak coming from a foundation wall crack. I called Lazaro at L&P Waterproofing, based on the reviews I read on line. I was not disappointed with his service and professionalism. He came to my house two hours after contacting him and was able to repair the crack the same day. We were in the middle of a basement remodel, and found a crack in the foundation where water was getting in. Pedro came out the next day, gave us a free inspection and quote for repairing it from the inside and the outside of the house, and then came out the following day and completed the job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent through the whole process. He gave us a fair price and provided excellent service. If you need any work like this, definitely call Pedro!

I called in a panic on Friday morning, and the crack in my basement was repaired by Friday afternoon. Pedro was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job repairing the crack. He explained to me exactly what he did, why he did it, and how each material works to keep water out. AND the work has a lifetime warranty that is transferable!
It rained HARD the next two days, and my basement was still bone dry. Did I mention that the price was extremely reasonable, too? Because it was very reasonable! He saw that I was desperate to get the work done asap, but he didn’t upcharge me, and gave me a fair quote. I would recommend L&P to everyone, I’m so impressed by the work and service. Stop researching and call L&P!

I called to have someone give us an estimate for a foundation leak and Pedro came out the same day and explained the process to my husband, showed him the products that would be used and gave us an estimate for the work. After several estimates we decided to go with Pedro. We really liked the attention that was given to our concerns and the process that would be performed. Pedro and his partner came out and had my husband take a look at every step of the process that was being done. He was very professional and friendly. My husband said the quality of work was top notch! They cleaned up just in time for the heavy downpour. We have had no leaks!! Thank you so much!!

The price was good and the work was done by 1pm. What else could you possibly ask for? Outstanding... Very curtious and professional too. It's very hard to find a vendor like this. I contacted LnP Waterproofing and make an appointment for 4-5-2025. The owner came with his crew told me the price and how it was going tobe corrected. I had three walls leaking with water. He (himself) did the work . The work and end result was amazing and I could not believe the extra care he took to cover our walk area and clean up after his work.
