We inherited a house built in the 1960's. Unfortunately, we noticed some water in our basement, and what we thought looked like a crack in our foundation. We contacted Pedro. He was here the next day. He told us we had a crack in the foundation wall and also noticed a couple in our crawl space as well. His estimate was a fraction of what we had been quoted elsewhere. He arrived on time for the repairs. He was quick, very thorough and cleaned up everything. He also explained what to look for if any issues arose. There were no issues.
