Unfortunately, my recent visit to the salon fell far short of expectations, It was weekend (Sunday) 06/21/2025. During my visit I had Japanese hair spa and Butterfly Haircut, And unfortunately the experience was awful. The lady her name was Huzera Shareef, would never recommend her, Hair spa should be relaxing, It didn't felt like that, she did nothing like seriously nothing no massage nothing. They just gave the name as Japanese Hair spa, but nothing felt like that. It was waste of money. At the end the lady Huzera shareef was asking for the Tip, like seriously girl? can you imagine who's gonna ask for the tip? That was pathetic. Overall experience was disappointing. Never recommend this salon to nobody.

Had a horrible experience visiting this salon I had gotten their 2level Japanese spa and hair cut. The spa was supposed to be an Hour Long as mentioned on their website but the Lady Named Huzaira she was in a rush and did it in 15 minutes no proper massage no steam she just used the products and washed my hair she didn’t really gave us a good soothing massage and the Hair cut was OK’ish but again the Blow Dry she messed up I spent around $500 worth of money but it was all a waste the blowdry she gave didn’t even last us an hour she didn’t use any heat protection and when we were leaving she deliberately asked us for tip after giving such a Horrible service but I did ended up giving her Cash Tip. Despite the tip is always consciously given without them having to ask. But she was such a shame. I wouldn’t recommend to get a service from her. Or probably the salon itself is not good. I heard good things about Shabana and her services but their employees are harassing people for Tip after giving such bad service.

She listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions, ensuring that I left with exactly what I had envisioned. The results were beyond my expectations – my hair has never looked better!
I also had the pleasure of meeting Shabana, the owner, who is such a humble and kind person. It's clear that she cares deeply about her clients and her team. Shaali Beauty Hair Salon is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and a fantastic experience.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience, I’m genuinely so happy with how everything turned out. The color and haircut matched exactly what I had envisioned, which is rare and so appreciated.
Huzera was incredibly kind and professional, and she worked efficiently without compromising on quality. I also loved how she took the time to suggest what would suit me best, her input made a big difference.
Overall, such a smooth and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend her services!
