If you have a Northshore building project, do yourself a favor and have Victor come by. We had him turn an office with no plumbing, etc. into a full (and gorgeous) bathroom in a 125 year old house. He was very responsive, well-price, and they did great work. Victor will listen to what you want and them will give great advice on where you can and should save money, and where you should spend a little more (if you want and it's in the budget) so that you have a gorgeous final project.
