I was a first-time home seller. Kim was my Real-Estate 101 professor. She ensured that every step of the process, including the small details, were understood. Kim always made me feel comfortable when asking questions and having concerns about the initial sale. She was readily available via phone/email/text and took the time to meet with me at my home on a regular basis, not just before listing. Most importantly she brought in potential buyers quickly for my property and secured multiple offers sooner than I would have expected. Everyone associated with my sale (buyer, lawyers, family) had nothing but high praise for Kim’s professionalism and performance with my property.
