Since this was our first renovation, we had many concerns, but after our initial meeting with Susan and her team, we felt confident choosing TKS without interviewing other companies.<br>We wanted to update our kitchen and bathroom so they would complement the rest of the house while also creating spaces that reflected our personal taste and style. We asked for a lot, and the team met our expectations.<br>The entire team was prepared, experienced, and easy to work with. Our designer, Darci, guided us through every decision and helped us choose the best options for our needs and style. We truly appreciated her patience, creativity, and vision.<br>Whenever an issue arose, the team addressed it promptly. Kestas and the other crew members were courteous, skilled, and professional, and we are very happy with the results.<br>Our new kitchen and bathroom have a much better flow and create the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. “We reached out to FBC this summer to start a kitchen remodel discussion. After speaking with Jenny on the phone initially and then a virtual chat with Matt, we had the designer, Bryce, out to do all measurements and pictures to begin the design process. Then proceeded to go to their showroom for a sit down meeting to go over the design ideas. Since then we have had many meetings to go over all the design fun and selection process. Everyone from start to current date has been amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with tips and ideas to blend our current home and design with the new kitchen and updates throughout the home. The design ideas look amazing! They are very thorough with every aspect and also great to work with our time frame goals too. We are so happy we chose them being a one stop shop as well. They have their own designers, construction crews and vendors. So much easier than us combining multiple companies and groups and also makes it easier to pay as well. Our demo begins in a few weeks and we cannot wait!”

“We completed a major home remodeling project with LaMantia recently and are thrilled with the result. They did a beautiful job and were a pleasure to work with!<br><br>We were especially impressed with our designer, Jackie (and her assistant Katie). They had fantastic ideas: from designing the overall layout, to help in choosing materials, to even how to paint a difficult area to enhance the design. One of the unique parts of our project was the desire to keep some beautiful existing components (specifically some cabinetry, stone countertops, bamboo woodwork and a sauna) but move them to new locations. Jackie did an excellent job in designing that arranging.<br><br>We lived onsite throughout the project, so we were able to see the process “up close and personal”. All of the construction personnel from LaMantia and subcontractors they used were very skilled and personable. Our project manager, Mike R, kept us informed on progress and who was coming each day. The initial schedule was “almost” met. We got delayed by lighting and electric (more our fault than theirs) in the middle, but they did a great job of an extra push to make sure a critical section was usable prior to a wedding brunch we were hosting.<br><br>We would HIGHLY recommend LaMantia to anyone looking to remodel their home.”

“While I have not personally used Liam Brex for a kitchen or bath remodel, their brick and mortar speaks for itself. I've been to this showroom space twice now for a couple different cooking classes -- once for a New Orleans dinner pairing with Chef Che and another time for an Irish Soda bread baking moms-night-out with Ask Aunt V. The front of the show room boasts a beautiful island, kitchen cabinets, and an oven range to die for. It's a great spot for mingling and enjoying examples of what Liam Brex has to offer. In the back is another kitchen set up with yet another gorgeous island, oven range, built in drawers, and surprise refrigerators. I loved the wine cellar cabinet and fridge space in the island! I have to say, it's pretty genius to utilize their space after hours for local events. Not only is it the perfect place for gathering , cooking, or baking, but a wonderful opportunity for Liam Brex to introduce their work. I've lived in Naperville most of my life and had no idea this was here despite them being founded back in 2007. I know down the line a kitchen and bath remodel will be in our future, so I will for sure be keeping this business in mind for guidance.”
