Dr. Satterly and other doctors are highly skilled and take the time to understand each patient's needs. While the receptionist's pace can be slow at times, the quality of care and attention to detail make it a worthwhile trade-off for parents seeking the best for their children.
I can’t recommend Dr Lorts enough! The entire office is so wonderful and attentive. All of them know my children by name and that warms my heart. Dr Lorts is the best of the best though. She listens without rushing me and makes me feel like all questions matter, even when they seem silly. I love her!
