Our Health Club is a GREAT family health club and Spa facility. Friendly atmosphere, great amenities, top notch equipment!They have bent over backwards to meet the needs of all the members and they listen to requests and do their best to accommodate needs. Also, what a fantastic staff! They keep the facility in great shape and are always ready to assist!
Both Kitty and Adam are trainers here and friends of mine. Wonderfully motivating and extremely smart. The general attitude and environment of this gym is personal; strays from the crowded “meathead” place I occasionally find myself in. Very comfortable and super nice staff to care for your needs at the front desk.
A perfect fitness club to go to during this time. I see a trainer there and she is wonderful. The place is not busy and feel really safe to workout. Not a commercial gym. The pool and spa are perfect
