“Lily and her team are the closest thing to believing in God, for me, personally. For the last year, I have non-stop been going through super hard/difficult times. My mental health was a direct reflection on the chaos of my house. (Divorce, death, etc.) I felt like I had lost control of my sanity for a minute there from being so overwhelmed with life. It can feel extremely embarrassing and stressful to have to hand off your chaos to a professional cleaning service. I was recommended Lily by another friend of mine who also consistently deals with chaos (multiple animals, children, etc). I usually take all of her recommendations, and this one was by far the best. The first time I hired Lily, she offered baseboard and oven cleaning to set the tone, which is already above and beyond service not knowing what they would be walking into. I was frantic and scared that the task would be too much. I passed off the house keys and hoped for the best. Well, it was better than I expected. The communication throughout the process was beautiful. I came home, and I cried because I was so impressed and relieved. Fast forward.. post divorce, I moved out and got a new place. Started fresh, etc. Lily was consistent with follow up texts throughout the year, even when I wasn’t able to hire her. I was finally able to book her again at my new place, and was once again, extremely overwhelmed and embarrassed to have to hand the task off to her. I can’t believe someone was so willing to put so much effort into helping me organize and get everything together, once again. I cried a second time lol. I genuinely can say that I don’t think my mental health would be as good as it is now after having the help from Lily’s Cleaning Service. I cannot recommend her enough. The quality of care she puts into her craft is unparalleled. To some, it might just seem like a cleaning situation, but to me personally, she’s changed my life! And even when I can’t book her as often as I would like, she still reaches out to check in. Lily is THE ONE!!“
