Let me tell you I am one about reading others reviews before going somewhere and Prairie had five stars and I truly believe that they are above five star status! From day one we have had a fabulous experience. My son was nervous about it all but we have the most FANTASTIC assistant who is Tess and from then on we specifically requested to have her each and every time. She not only made my son comfortable but also myself. She is professional, sweet, kind and knows her job! She is great at what she does and we always enjoy talking to her when we’re there. We have two children in braces from Prairie View and the process has been seamless. We have no issues with scheduling, adjustments, repairs, etc. We're very happy with the care received and the progress so far.
