I would highly recommend Patriot. They were prompt and professional. My heat went out on the coldest day of the year and my pipes were freezing. They were here to save me just in time. I got lucky and my pipes did not break. Thank you!
Just in the nick of time, Patriot made a trip to help get my furnace back up and running before the crazy cold snap! They are super prompt, courteous and professional. They even put down tarps to keep my place clean during the servicing! I recommend highly!
My A/C went out late yesterday afternoon in Troy, Al and I called around to several companies and Patriot was the only one that could get to me that day!! Thank goodness it was a small fix and I was only charged the service fee but Wallace was so polite and excellent and took care of everything in the same day ?.
