Amy P. is the best PT I've ever had! I have had back and knee pain for 6 years now with my scoliosis and after 2 months here I am finally able to move and feel no pain. My PT is Howie and I recommend you request him by name. I went there after having chronic knee pain for the previous month. Doctor exams and xrays did not provide a clear diagnosis of the cause, but it was disrupting my sleep and limiting my daily activity. Howie put me on a regimen of acupuncture, stretching, stability exercises and a foam roller to loosen up my quads and IT bands(the muscles that run along the outside of my thighs). I had immediate relief from the chronic pain and my legs after just a couple sessions feel better than they have in the previous 10 years. Thanks, Howie for giving me the body of a much younger man. Let’s just hope he doesn’t find out.
