“After a very negative experience with another local cleaning company, it took me some time to feel comfortable inviting strangers into my home again. With Clove, my concerns were quickly alleviated. While I don’t always have the same 2-3 cleaners, there is always at least one familiar face (and I try to be home most of the time when they’re here for peace of mind).

There have been occasional schedule changes, but I attribute this partly to my preference for being present during cleanings. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. My home is consistently spotless, the cleaners are punctual, and they are always accommodating of my large dog (who loves them as much as he hates the vacuums!).

While Clove’s rates are slightly higher than some other companies, I believe they are well worth it. I value supporting small businesses, the use of more natural cleaning products and paying workers a living wage. I have no regrets hiring Clove for my recurring/ every 3 week cleanings. After trying two other companies over the past few years, I’m confident I’ve found the one I’ll stick with for the foreseeable future.“

“We had reoccurring a water sipping through the wall in the finished basement, and the mold was already growing. Someone recommended Green Way to us. We called Marcin and he was very professional. He came out to assess the problem. He told us that they can work on the exterior so we don’t have to worry about our interior finishes. It took them 3 days of digging to find the crack and fix the problem. Since then we had a few heavy rain storms and our basement is perfect dry. We couldn’t be happier.

“Lily and her team are the closest thing to believing in God, for me, personally. For the last year, I have non-stop been going through super hard/difficult times. My mental health was a direct reflection on the chaos of my house. (Divorce, death, etc.) I felt like I had lost control of my sanity for a minute there from being so overwhelmed with life. It can feel extremely embarrassing and stressful to have to hand off your chaos to a professional cleaning service. I was recommended Lily by another friend of mine who also consistently deals with chaos (multiple animals, children, etc). I usually take all of her recommendations, and this one was by far the best. The first time I hired Lily, she offered baseboard and oven cleaning to set the tone, which is already above and beyond service not knowing what they would be walking into. I was frantic and scared that the task would be too much. I passed off the house keys and hoped for the best. Well, it was better than I expected. The communication throughout the process was beautiful. I came home, and I cried because I was so impressed and relieved. Fast forward.. post divorce, I moved out and got a new place. Started fresh, etc. Lily was consistent with follow up texts throughout the year, even when I wasn’t able to hire her. I was finally able to book her again at my new place, and was once again, extremely overwhelmed and embarrassed to have to hand the task off to her. I can’t believe someone was so willing to put so much effort into helping me organize and get everything together, once again. I cried a second time lol. I genuinely can say that I don’t think my mental health would be as good as it is now after having the help from Lily’s Cleaning Service. I cannot recommend her enough. The quality of care she puts into her craft is unparalleled. To some, it might just seem like a cleaning situation, but to me personally, she’s changed my life!
