I’ve had many many massages in my life, and I can confidently say that Aaron is the most exceptionally knowledgeable and talented massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. His 20+ year expertise as an athletic trainer prior to becoming a massage therapist gives him an outstanding understanding of body mechanics. I trust him implicitly and have always seen immense improvements in mobility and decreased pain after a session with him. I am so grateful to have found him; he’s simply the best!

Tatum is very personable and does an amazing job! She has done 2 facials and was very helpful in explaining every detail. She also does a great job with the neck and shoulder massage! I recommend her 100%!

I scheduled the appointment based on the fact that she did deep tissue massage. when she came in she confirmed that was what I wanted. However, while she did a good job with the massage in an of itself, she was professional and the massage was okay, she was not applying any pressure. I asked twice for her to apply deeper pressure and she said she was. I ended up leaving feeling pretty frustrated because I prefer a therapeutic massage where someone really gets into the areas that I carry a lot of tension in, and breaks that apart. At the end of the massage, she told me that that was as deep as she could go and understood if that was not to my liking. Neither she nor hand and stone should say that she does deep tissue because she does not. I would have preferred if they had told me prior to the appointment that they had improperly booked me and not had had the appointment because massages are very expensive and it is frustrating to go in there with an expectation that the business already knows they are not going to deliver. And then still have to pay for a not great service

I had a gift card for the Geneva location today. I had rescheduled my appointment to an earlier time and got George.
First of all, someone by the name of Drew got into my account and changed all my information so I had to fill everything out again. I have been a member for years at the Oswego location and have had spa treatments at your Geneva location as well. Odd that Drew was able to get his name on my account.
Any how...My massage was supposed to be 50 minutes and I was late getting in cause of the mixup. I was getting in my car at 3:38 and that was including time spent talking to the young ladies at the front desk about future appointments and talking about our camping trip we are going on. I also thought it was odd that George wasn't waiting for me to offer me some water or ask how was my massage? Not my normal spa treatment I am use to at your Oswego location. Not a good way to get reoccurring customers either. I gave a little more than 20% tip which I feel the spa treatment really wasn't there. On a better note, the front desk young ladies did an excellent job at customer service.

It was my moms first time in city, I took her to massage to this place. Ladies at front desk were ok at the beginning, but the moment we were leaving, they’ve been insisting on buying a membership. I explained them that my mom doesn’t live here and we basically don’t need it, the lady with dark hair started rolling her eyes, and switched to rude mode. Massage was ok, but we had some gel on our hair line and neck left. We do not recommend this place

An exceptional massage today with Tyler. He focused on all the knots and stretched out the sore muscles. He even found spots I didn’t know were needing attention until he got in there and really loosened them up and got me going. Great massage. Highly recommend and will definitely be asking for him on my next scheduled appointment. Thank you, Tyler!
