“I worked with Rachel Michels for many of my in person drives and she just went above and beyond to help me schedule some last minute appointments and prepare me for the driving test. She was always punctual for pick ups and communicated effectively if there was a chance she would be late. Which never happened. Rachel was funny and encouraging in the car and provided support but was never demeaning or rude in her criticism. I loved working with Rachel, I highly recommend booking in person drives with her.“

“I just did my first drive in Bartlett Illinois and I was really nervous at first but with my driving instructor, I felt really comfortable and not in a bad way but he never made me feel bad if I messed up a little bit and my nerves went away fast!
