Lucas came out and fixed our water heater in about a half hour. We've been without hot water for over 2 weeks. Very knowledgeable and polite, he even gave me tips on how to operate the heating element on the unit. Super respectful, to the point, and he was on time this morning. Very good at his job. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

A total thumbs up for your service department taking care of our needs with a sewer line backup. They came out the same day and cleaned out our line and cleaned up after themselves. We also had techs here for a sump pump issue and servicing our furnace. Everyone was very helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Wirth did a great job quoting out and installing a mini split into our new room. They ran electrical through the basement, installed the unit and trained us on how to use it all in one 8 hour day. Would highly recommend!
