On time as stated, efficient, knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, and very likeable! Knew his stuff and exactly what was needed to get the job done right the first time. Excellent workmanship, and we will always request him if that particular service is needed in the future. **Sewer ejection plumbing work.**
This company has always been such a great help when I’ve called with an emergency & on regular calls. They’re knowledgeable & they don’t try to talk me into “extras.” Very friendly & helpful!
I noticed my furnace having trouble and it was late at night. Neil Thomas has a convenient Service Request form on their website. They called promptly the next morning and setup an appointment. The Technician showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and informative. He figured out the problem rather quickly and took care of the fix. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks Neil Thomas!!
