I recently called MSI to look at my furnace and ended up needing a replacement. They quickly came up with a quote and gave me detailed, clear information about the product, cost, financing options, and everything I could possibly want to know. There was timely communication about the install, and when the date came their workers did a great job. They did quality work and they were kind, respectful, and communicative.This meant a lot for me as I’d had a bad experience with another local company. I bought a new house on Monday and I had to call MSI Thursday because my furnace wasn’t working right. With the temps at -30 with windchill my house was averaging 50-56 degrees. I have a 5 year old daughter and am a single mom. MSI offered me an affordable deal on a new furnace and they had a new furnace in and running by Friday at 12PM. They were very efficient and compassionate! I will always use MSI moving forward and I 100% recommend everyone else using them!
