Called just before 5pm w an emergency. I had a plumber at my house within 30 mins. Fixed my leak and suggested long term fixes for all my shut off valves due to age. But since he was working overtime he suggested I call to schedule during regular hours.

What a blessing your company was! Just hours away from leaving to travel 5+ hours to another state so my brother could have major cancer surgery, I discovered his water heater had been leaking to the point it had rotted the floor and was beyond the point of repair. He has done business with your company for years and assured me you were the experts to call.After explaining the situation, a tech was dispatched to access the situation. It was quickly determined that a new water heater was needed and the subfloor needed to be replaced.
